Terms of service

I will only post to Australia and close countries, such as New Zealand, etc.

01. General terms​

​

  • Prices are changed based on demand / how big the commission is and can be discussed via email or the commission forum, but please if you want to change something email me before I'm finished.

​

  • I have the rights to reject the order for any reason.

​

  • I cant email via any other email then Gmail

02. payment​

​

  • currency accepted is either AUD or in game currency, as described, either robux, or lioden currency such as gb. If payment were to be done via PayPal. 

​

  • commissions must be paid half before I start the commission, this is to ensure that I don't get scammed, nor do I forget that I have been paid or forget about the commission. I will send wip shots as I work through the drawing, if I have forgotten, please be patient as I most likely have seen your request, but I'm either busy or commissions are closed.

​

  • Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you send me the payment.

03. process & delivery​

​

  • The time may take 1 week - 3 months depending on factors such as health, time, distractions, family, and the complexity of said commission. 

​

  • Once the piece is finished you will receive the full resolution image. Unless suggested that you want it delivered I only deliver to Australia and close countries as said.

04. copyright usage​

​

I Azbun, (the artist)

​

I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

​

I retain all copyrights over my commissioned work

​

I will not claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned work

​

I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.

​

you (the customer/commissioner):

​

You MAY upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.

​

You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-devices, make prints etc.)

​

You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist) consent.

​

You May be allowed to sell the artwork if its a part of a adoptable. Please discuss this with me prior to paying for the artwork.

You retain the rights to the intelectual property (IP)

You may NOT use the commissioned work for commercial purposes. The license to the commissioned work may be purchased at any point - contact me for info

The following is considered copyright infringement:

​

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off of it in any way.

​

Claiming the artwork as your own

​

Altering the artwork without my consent

05. cancellation & refund policy​

​

  • The buyer is not allowed to refund once I started working on the commission.

​

  • If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.

​

  • If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a refund.

​

  • If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

​

  • If you request a PayPal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decide the chargeback and supply PayPal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.

What do you get?​

  • Drafts/mockups that you must decide which one I should continue with (depending on the complexity of the commission)

​

  • Sketch and/ or final sketches that you must accept before I continue the work.

​

  • Full file sent via Gmail

​

  • If wanted to be sent the irl copy of the art piece in the post you'll have to send me your residence  via the commission box, or Gmail. (KEEP IN MIND I ONLY POST TO CLOSE COUNTRIES OF AUSTRALIA (NEW ZEALAND ETC.)
